Our people

The iSAF team is a diverse and interdisciplinary group of researchers and professionals dedicated to advancing Sustainable Aviation Fuel in Israel. Our members bring expertise from across the scientific and engineering spectrum, including Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Techno-Economic Analysis (TEA), fuel synthesis, combustion science, theoretical modeling, and carbon capture technologies. This unique blend of knowledge and perspectives enables us to tackle the complex challenges of SAF development with creativity, rigor, and collaboration.

Join Our Doctoral Network

The Israeli Sustainable Aviation Fuels Knowledge Center (iSAF), supported by the Ministry of Innovation, Science, and Technology, has established this network to bring together exceptional MSc, PhD, and postdoctoral researchers working on SAF-related topics. The program is open to students from all academic institutions in Israel.

This initiative connects outstanding researchers across various disciplines, including chemistry, materials, aerospace, life-cycle, computations, fuel testing, and more.
